"Dinner in Vienna"

I worked with a man who bought a lottery ticket every single week all the many many years that we worked together.
I asked him one time, "Rob, what will you do if you win?"
And I often think of his answer, "I will have dinner in Vienna."
I don't know if Rob ever won the lottery, though I am pretty sure he did not.

I do know that I have never bought a lottery ticket in my whole life.
And despite that fact...tonight, I will have dinner in Vienna.
