My friend, Eliane made an AMAZING dinner for us tonight...portabello stuffed beef sirloin, twice baked potatoes and green beans with a fabulous choice of wine...A delicious little fruit tart for dessert and coffee in a Baseball Starbucks mug and the night was complete! Eliane and I worked together at Coco's and has been a true friend for nearly 20 years. I think the 8 days of Celebration has come to an end...what a great birthday week!
