Happy Birthday Christal!

I made a special birthday dinner for my former neighbor and amazing friend, Christal!

A white for Christal and a good Shiraz for me...throw in a few bleu cheese-stuffed olives and we're set!

And top it all off with fat-free chocolate fudge brownies...oh yeah...nothing goes better with red wine... "One hour of life, crowded to the full with glorious action

is worth whole years of mean observances of paltry decorum."
