Secure your own mask before assisting others.

A lesson on life in an unexpected place.

It's so true. Most of the time we're running around trying to help everyone around us and make sure they are happy and doing well that many times we forget about the most important person, I. We do need to secure our mask first before we start helping others. Thanks for the reminder Julie.

Keep steadily before you the fact that all true success depends at last upon yourself.
