For some reason, I continue to water this plant. Kinda symbolic, huh? Seems like I'm never able to give up on things-- even long after they are over...
love it. it's not only symbolic, but typical for what most of us do!!! never give up, keep trying, seeing the glimmer of hope in that last green bit of leaf...

I planted a river birch tree, it croaked, then came back to life? It's more than 10 feet tall now. Pour it on!
I know a few things about plant material...one is that if it feels dead and looks dead and the flowers and leaves are dead...guess WHAT?

We thougt we had three dead plants in our backyard, and, thanks to water and a little procrastination, three months later, they are bright green!
