The true story of Sudanese refugees who, after raising themselves in the desert with thousands of others, find their way to America. Capturing their wonder at all things new-including electricity, supermarkets and running water--the film shows the men as they experience new things and explain to us how different things are in Sudan. One of them holds up a Pepsi bottle and says, "This is Pepsi. In Africa, we call it Coca Cola." (Allison, you HAVE to see this!)An incredible reminder of my experiences with the people of Kenya and of all the things we take for granted.
