Ho ho ho!

Today was absolutely JOYFUL!
Santa and I took pictures, visited with and gave gifts to about 400 children!
I held a lot of babies, toddlers and shook a lot of little children's hands!
They all said, "Good Morning Mrs. Santa Claus!"
The amazing and wonderful banquet staff...
(and you wonder why I love to go to work!)
The decorating team arrived at 4am this morning to take care of every little detail...
I took over 100 pictures and ate one too many chocolate-dipped cream puffs...
(with my diet coke)
Plates full of sugar-coated donut holes lined the cookie decorating table...
(the chocolate fountain adorned this table as well!)
I think the costume ended up perfect...
and I finally had a chance to wear my Nana's pearls!
With Vicente and KellyMy buddy, Shadi
About 650 people enjoyed breakfast (eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns, pancakes and more!) and coloring contests and paint your face booths and craft tables!
Gosh I love these people!
I stood on the stage and watched the seemingly endless line of children patiently wait to take a picture with Santa. After seeing Santa they each came by me to receive a toy-stuffed stocking and a hug...and take a few pictures with "Mrs. Santa Claus"...
And, once again, I stood there smiling--with tears in my eyes, thinking,
"There is no where I would rather be..."
Lucky lucky me...

after staying out so late the night before you did a nice job of looking wide awake...
