The last episode of Friends

Javad opened his home again to us last night...for a farewell gathering. He has taken a position as Director of Banquets at a new Luxury Resort that is set to open in the fall. Though he claims that he will still have us all over for these amazing Persian food fests...
I don't think it will ever quite be the same.

Javad had been cooking for days! The delicious spicy chicken and spinach pastry puffs and RICE and RICE and more RICE and flat bread and hummus and tabule, and cucumber yogurt dip and ...he just kept bringing it out! Everything was absolutely incredible. Dessert

I miss him already! Javad is a truly wonderful and amazing man.
He's at his best when he has 100 guests at the resort eating and dancing and enjoying life.
He actually loves it even more when it's happening in his home.

Yeah. I had one. Spectacular.
