The numerous posts from Ryanne and Allison (and hundreds of others!) regarding the GREATNESS of this book--and subsequent Meyer books--I decided I had to read it too.As I went to pay yesterday, the girl at Barnes & Noble told me, "You should go ahead and buy the second book right now. You're going to read this in one day."
I have three appointments and a meeting today...
so it may take me two.

Woo hoo! Good for you! I finally broke down in July which was good because I didn't have quite as long to wait! I am reading "The Host" now.
"Scary" thing is...I am lending my books to one of my JHers!
I think I a one of the few people that aren't crazy about these books. I like them OK, but their not a "must read" for me. I have some issues with Bella, the main character. Maybe it's the English teacher in me!!
please let me know if this book is really as good as everyone says!
