The giant golfing guy brings back memories for me. Once, when I going home from Loyola for the weekend, my car broke down right in front of it. I had to hop the fence near the freeway and use the pay phone (it was 1984) at the golf course and call AAA. The other great (or should I say tacky) landmark is the BIG Randy's Donut near 405 @ Manchester. I still look for both of these when I drive by and would miss them if they were gone. -BvD PS: Congratulations on your son's graduation!
