Tonight we celebrated my nephew Thatcher's 14th birthday at Peppino's Restaurant! (Thatcher calls me "Jooj")

Bum baked a double chocolate cake for the occasion!
This gentleman was extremely fond of Gina and me...When we began to take pictures he came over and hugged us and wanted to be in this shot!
His name is Carlo and we believe he may be the official greeter of Peppinos...
Thatcher got snow boarding clothes, surf shirts, movie tickets and CASH...
Tonight's gang also included our long time friends, Judy and Al, who also happen to be Thatcher's "other" grandparents...and of course, Thatcher's mom, Gina and Bum and Papa.Thatcher is a great skater, a terrific surfer and one of the kindest, friendliest, happiest and most amazing people I know.

So fun! We are also celebrating a birthday at the McTag's this week! We are on countdown to the BIG 8 year old birthday! So fun to do this with the ones we love and who love with us!
