Breathe

In other words, get up, take a shower and go to work.
I am reminded of the darkest days of my lifetime--mid 2005--and how the "normal" things of life kept me alive. Getting up, going to work, getting mail, walking through Target...being hungry!
No matter what is happening in your world--this too shall pass. 
Until then, be conscious of the tiny day to day things that you do in the meantime. 
They will get you through.

And one more thing.....find the good things in life and focus on them. It's also all those good things that bring your focus around as well. And of course, love and support from wonderful friends that help you through. Thanks for always being there for me! XoXo
